What we build.

Starter, Ecommerce or Venture. Each one has a page of its own: what it is, who it is for, what you get, and how an engagement runs.

  • Starter package · About 12 weeks against today’s calendar

    Starter

The site most businesses need: a few pages that say plainly what you do, and a booking that fills the calendar without a phone call.

    For A business whose customers book a time — a clinic, a salon, a studio, a trade.

  • Entrepreneurial · About 24 weeks against today’s calendar

    Ecommerce

A shop that is yours: your catalogue, your checkout, your orders and your customer list, on your own domain and in your own admin.

For A business selling products it holds, ships or hands over.

  • Ambitious · Starts with discovery

    Venture

When the software is the business, or the thing the business runs on. It starts with a paid discovery, because a Venture build is not a price until it is scoped — and a number given before that is a guess.

For A product with paying users: accounts, organisations, subscriptions and the admin behind them.

Never an add-on

In every build

  • Designed from nothing

No template and no theme. The design is drawn for this business and used by no one else.

  • Motion that means something

Movement that shows what changed and where you are — never decoration for its own sake, and it respects a reduced-motion setting.

  • Built for a phone first

Laid out for a phone before a desk, because that is where most of it will be read.

  • Quick on a slow connection

Speed is measured before launch, on the kind of connection people actually have.

  • Usable by everyone

WCAG 2.2 AA: keyboard, screen reader and contrast are part of the build, not an audit afterwards.

After you say yes

How it runs

  • A written scope

What it is, what it depends on and what it is not — agreed before anything is built. The builder writes the first draft of it.

  • Working software, weekly

Progress is something you use, not something you are told about. You see the real thing every week.

  • Dates from the real calendar

Start and launch dates are worked out against work already booked, and a scope’s dates hold for as long as the scope does.

  • Yours at the end

The source, the hosting in your name, and a runbook to operate it — no lock-in to us as the only people who can.

Before you ask

Questions

Can you take card payments where my business is?

Almost certainly. Where Stripe is available to your business — the US, the UK, most of Europe — it is the default. It is not available to businesses registered in Trinidad and Tobago or elsewhere in the Caribbean, so there the store uses a regional gateway such as WiPay, or a bank’s own gateway where US dollars have to be kept. The processor’s fees and approval are the processor’s; setting it up is ours, and it is a line on the scope.

What currency are your prices in?

Prices are set in US dollars — one list, the same wherever you are — and shown in your country’s currency at a published rate, with the rate and its date beside them. Where we have no sourced rate for a currency yet, the list stays in US dollars and says so. Which currency an invoice is settled in is agreed in the written scope.

Why does a Venture build start with paid discovery?

Because a Venture build is not a price until it is scoped, and a number given before that is a guess. Discovery produces the architecture, the flows, a clickable prototype of the key screens and a fixed-price build plan. Its fee comes off the build if it goes ahead.

What if what I need isn’t one of these?

Start from the closest, or from Venture’s “something else”, and say what’s different in the notes — or skip the builder and describe it in the written form. Nothing is refused at the first step.

Do you respond to tenders and RFPs?

For information systems, yes. Send the tender through the builder’s Venture route, as a tender; it is read for fit and eligibility before anything is quoted.

What does it cost to keep it running?

Hosting, domains and third-party services are billed to you directly, at their price. A care plan covers the looking-after — updates, monitoring, backups and small changes — for a monthly fee, and it is optional.

Let's build the thing your business runs on.
